Dear readers, I’ve come to the conclusion that my blog is rather boring, at least from my point of view.
Being the self obsessed cum-guzzling narcissistic, attention-whoring bitch faggot the seeker of fame that I am; I was rather taken aback by the fact that I have so little of “me” on here and so much “stuff” – What I really want to share is “me with stuff” but because “me” and “stuff” are not exactly together now, it’s been difficult to do so. (I just swallowed a small moth with my sip of water when I wrote that last sentence, NOT COOL)…
Anyway, I’ll try to get to the point: This lack of “me” in the endless sea of “stuff” has made things quite boring. I’ve been afraid to share the current “me” because I’ve compared myself with a-list celebrities and Internationally famous pro-bloggers which is probably not a good thing for my recovering ego. This made me feel very insecure about my current “stuff” hence the lack of sharing. On the contrary however, comparing myself with those people brought extra inspiration and re-assurance that the kind of lifestyle which I want is in fact achievable.
I’ve already made some progress in the “sharing me” department by starting a personal vlog – although I have yet to record the first real vlog to follow the “This is my vlog” intro. Hopefully getting back into YouTube will help me to fully re-awaken the awesomeness so that my blog can become all “me and me stuff” again instead of just “stuff.”
Since I’ve not yet made my millions, this also means that sharing more of “me stuff” will give you a look into “The Simple Life” and how to still be fabulous and creative with what you wear even if your closet isn’t stuffed with the latest designer collections, and how to make the most of the technology that you have if you cannot afford that DSLR camera or the sexy new MacBook. ( Unless you, my lovely readers start showering me with gifts 
) Yes, the truth has been revealed. Moi is not loaded with money or “stuff” but it’s not going to stop me from bringing you the awesomeness that is David Venter, and it’s most certainly not going to stop me from achieving my goals. After all: Anything I want, I get it! As does everyone else, subconsciously.
I’ve read from so many authors, that in order for us to achieve more, we must first be grateful for what we already have. And in order for us to move further we should much more than fill our current space and use all available resources. Pretty obvious life lesson, no? But, one which I’ve not been following until now. So here’s what I’m going to do: Instead of holding back the “me” until I get more of the “stuff” I’m going to make the most of the stuff which I now have, even if it does result in low quality imagery, jumpy videos and cheap flea-market clothing being mixed with vintage wear from my earlier life. You’ll just have to deal with it, or move on to the “people with all the stuff” If you want instant eye-candy.
I’m not sure if I’ve made any sense here but I just had to vent and get it out there. Santa says you need to stick around and deal with my stuff otherwise there will be no monster cock cookies for you this Christmas. Till next time… Much love! xoxo
