I love rainy days in the suburbs. It makes me want to dim the lights and snuggle up on the couch with a warm cup of cocoa and a good ebook. The sound of the rain hitting the pool, the roof and the windows is really soothing. Almost like an ambient white noise that’s perfect for reading, relaxation and meditation.
With regards to the weather, there’s only one thing that I love more than rain; snow. But with regards to fashion, I prefer dry weather. Unless of course I could get my hands on one of those awesome transparent raincoats from the Burberry Fall/Winter 2011-12 Menswear collection, then I would be able to have fashion-friendly wet days.
To be perfectly honest with you; I feel so out of touch with what’s been happening in the fashion world lately, mostly due to my online gaming binge during which I didn’t really pay attention to anything but the game. Thus, I will use this rainy day of staying indoors as the perfect opportunity to catch up on shows from fashion weeks around the world. And as always, if I find something awesome and worth sharing you can expect to read about it here on my blog.
