A little fairy told me that some queens have been gossiping about my refusing to speak Afrikaans even though my entire family is Afrikaans. Yes I’ve been home-schooled in an english school my entire life but why do I refuse to speak Afrikaans when my entire family is Afrikaans and why do I have the American English accent? – Rumor says I’m just pretentious but it’s time to set the record straight…
I’m sure that you’re well aware of South Africa’s history through the Apartheid era where the dutch (now Afrikaans) folk who came to colonize Africa looked upon the Black folk as lower life forms. I don’t need to go into detail, you should know the story. If not: Just fucking google it.
SETTING THE RECORD STRAIGHT:
- I refuse to speak Afrikaans because I do not want to be associated with the retarded, religious, racist Afrikaans folk; who still to this day refer to black people as “kaffers” and blame their general behavior on race or lack of religious belief.
- I refuse to speak Afrikaans because I’m not an ignorant, racist, religious freak who think my race and language is more superior than that of the native African people.
- I speak English with an American accent because I don’t want to be associated with the ignorant, racist Afrikaans teachers who taught us how to speak like Europeans.
- I speak English with an American accent because even though there is racism in America, they are FAR more tolerant than the primitive Afrikaans South Africans.
- I speak English with an American accent because America has a black president and see black’s as equal people which they are; something which 90% of non-black Afrikaans South African’s still fail to accept.
- I speak English with an American accent because I’m studying at an American university and I plan on emigrating to the USA.
- I will NEVER speak Afrikaans – Don’t assume that because my surname is Venter that I am Afrikaans because I AM NOT.
- I am including my surname in my “brand” because I want to create a new image for the Venter family; an image free of racism and hate.
I *know* the above points may upset some white Afrikaans folk who would retaliate and say “Don’t stereotype me, I’m not like that” but honey, if you aren’t than you’re one in a million because the majority of you people are ignorant, racist, homophobic, conservative, religious RETARDS. – FUCK YOU!
Now you may be wondering why I still bash South Africa and post hate mail to the ANC – it’s not because I’m racist, I would hate the ANC even if they were white. The ANC is however, a MUCH BETTER ruling party than the retarded white racists who came before them. If I had to choose between ANC or the previous ruling party, I would choose the ANC.
Some of you may say “But what about all the racism in America? They treated the Native American Indians much worse than Afrikaaners treated blacks during apartheid.” – America is *mostly* over their racist issues while the majority of white Afrikaans folk are still stuck with their racist apartheid mindset and still “hate kaffers.”
In addition to the above statements I find the English language to be more universal and generally easier to communicate.
Besides; Afrikaans is not a real language anyway, it’s like a cheap dutch rip-off with a bad accent.
